Our culture encourages mindless and distracted living practices. Living unconsciously. But I believe we were created by God to strive to be the best version of ourselves. There is a better way to get the best out of everyday life. As a young, corporate professional with a busy, distracted life I fell into the perceived norms of society. Eat too much, drink too much, “sleep is for the weak” and repeat until sickness then, eventually, death. The dreaded hamster wheel. Believe me when I say there is a way off the wheel and there are many paths to better health and to being truly alive. My book MODE details the path that I have found. A path that is proven to be effective and life-changing.

I spent 2 years living and breathing “perfect” nutrition. I wanted to know what optimal health looked like and felt like, so I began to read dozens of health and nutrition books and hundreds of health articles, watched many whistle-blowing health industry documentaries, scoured Youtube for hundreds of holistic healing lecture videos, and followed Youtubers that were living and breathing healthy lifestyles.

I decided to change the direction my life was going in and wanted to reach for something with more purpose: Total, Natural Health and Healing. I patiently figured out what worked for my body and came to two very simple conclusions: 1) All bodies are pretty much the same, but they just adapt very differently. 2) Your body is constantly trying to heal, protect, and speak to you. I believe we were created by God to strive to be the best version of ourselves to bring glory to Him. There is a better way to get the best out of everyday life. We are the ones that aren’t listening. We are the ones getting in the way of our own success. Ultimately, it’s up to you to make the powerful decision to change your mode of living. 

I blend my love for photography and newly discovered places while traveling to fuel my creativity. My passion is seeking out fresh and innovative ways of educating about health and expressing the success stories of others as well as sharing my own successes.
