While there may be some stellar information on this website about ditching meat and dairy, please use common sense and caution when attempting to switch to eating a raw food diet. According to Merriam-Webster’s dictionary, one definition of Science is “the state of knowing: knowledge as distinguished from ignorance or misunderstanding”. If one chooses to be ignorant, one might become blinded by ‘popular science’. I am not the first to come to the conclusions I’ve come to (conclusions which are based on research, observation and practical application) and I pray that I won’t be the last.
